How far in advance should I book Brand Alchemy?

have some lingering questions?

This luxury experience is available for bookings in 2025, and dates are limited! Once you’re booked, we’ll coordinate your session on a weekday that works best for you and our creative team. You can expect a thoughtful, done-for-you planning phase led by me (hi, I’m Marissa!) to make sure everything is seamless.

What if I don’t know what to wear or bring?

That’s what I’m here for! During our pre-shoot planning call, we’ll walk through outfits, accessories, props, and styling so you feel confident and fully prepped for your shoot day. I’ll help make sure your brand comes through in every detail!

Are payment plans available?

Yes! The full payment is broken into three payments, including a deposit to secure your spot and vendors, one payment midway, and the remaining balance is due one day before your shoot. That said, custom payment plans are absolutely available—let’s chat and create something that works for you!

What happens if it rains during my shoot day?

We have a lovely indoor studio space at Evermore Place, and I always build flexibility into our shoot timeline. Depending on your brand vibe, we can work rain into the aesthetic or assess alternative options—we’ll make it work beautifully!

What’s the turnaround time for content delivery?

Your full brand gallery and video content will be delivered within four weeks—possibly sooner! You’ll walk away with content that’s ready to use across your platforms, including social media, your website, and more!

Where does the shoot take place?

You’ll begin the day at Evermore Place in Gray, Maine and then head to a second curated location like the Old Port in Portland. The mix of studio + lifestyle gives you a versatile, well-rounded content library that truly feels like you.

I’ve already had a brand shoot. Is this still for me?

Absolutely! The Brand Alchemy is designed for entrepreneurs who are ready to scale—whether you’ve had a brand shoot before or not. If you already have content, this will add fresh, next-level content and video to support your growth, launches, and visibility. If you haven’t had a shoot yet, don’t worry—I’ll guide you every step of the way!

Join the waitlist

Can I review or request changes to the Reels that are created?

You’ll receive three expertly created Reels from Molly (our content wizard) and one recap video based on video content filmed throughout your time with her. These are done-for-you and ready to post! You’ll also get access to a full library of B-roll content so you can create your own Reels or reuse the clips however you like in your marketing.
