Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book Brand Alchemy?
Brand Alchemy is a limited, high-touch experience with very few dates available each year. I recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred timeline, at least one month in advance. Once you are booked, we will schedule your experience on a weekday that works best for you and our creative team. From there, I will guide you through a fully supported planning process so everything feels seamless.
What if I don’t know what to wear or bring?
That is exactly what I’m here for! I will provide you resources with tips and tricks as well as during your pre-shoot planning call, we will go over outfits, styling, and any details needed to bring your brand vision to life. I will help you feel confident, aligned, and fully prepared every step of the way!
Are payment plans available?
Yes! Payment is split into three parts, including a deposit to secure your date, a mid-payment, and a final payment due before your experience. Custom payment plans are also available if needed. Just reach out and we will create something that works for you.
What happens if the weather does not cooperate?
We always have a plan in place. The experience includes access to a beautiful indoor studio space at Evermore Place, and your timeline is intentionally flexible. If weather shifts your outdoor plans, we adapt and create something just as beautiful and aligned with your brand.
What is the turnaround time for content delivery?
A sneak peek of your photos will hit your inbox within 48 hours (YAY!). Your full brand gallery and video content will be delivered within four weeks, often sooner. Everything is curated and ready to use across your website, social media, and marketing platforms.
Where does the experience take place?
Your day begins at Evermore Place in Gray, Maine, followed by a second curated location in the Southern Maine area. This combination of studio and lifestyle settings gives you a versatile, elevated library of content.
I’ve already had a brand shoot. Is this still for me?
Absolutely. Brand Alchemy is designed for entrepreneurs who are growing, evolving, and ready for consistent, high-level visibility. If you already have brand photos, this adds depth, variety, and strategic video content. If you are starting fresh, I will guide you through every step!
How many images and videos will I receive?
I deliver all of the best images from your experience so nothing meaningful gets left behind. On average, you can expect over 200 fully edited brand images, over 50 raw B-roll video clips, and 3 done-for-you Reels ready to post across your platforms.
Do I need to have a fully developed brand to do this experience?
Not at all! Brand Alchemy is designed for entrepreneurs at any stage, especially those who are ready to build or elevate their brand in a more intentional way. Many clients walk away with more clarity and direction than they came in with, thanks to the strategy and planning process built into the experience.
Can I bring team members or assistants?
Brand Alchemy is designed as a highly curated, one-person experience due to the included beauty services and hands-on creative direction. That said, if there are moments where additional team support makes sense, we can absolutely discuss that on a case-by-case basis ahead of your session.
