The shoot might be over but this is where your images start working for you.
You’ll receive a polished, easy-to-use gallery with everything you need to download and share your images.
For teams who booked a full brand experience, you’ll also have access to additional resources and guidance to help you use your photos strategically across your website, marketing, and content. Your shoot is the gift to your business that keeps on giving!
I'll always go the extra step for you
At just barely five feet tall, I’ve learned that sometimes you have to literally go the extra step to get the perfect shot. It’s a little reminder of how I approach every session: ready to dive into your business, prep, and produce a final result that has you feeling a new level of “wow, that’s me?!”
Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book?
I recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks ahead to give us plenty of time to plan, prep, and get you ready for your best brand shoot ever! If you have a deadline or need your shoot sooner, no worries — we’ll still chat and see what we can do together!
When is the investment due?
A retainer is due at booking to lock in your date and kick off the experience! The remainder of your investment is due anytime between booking and your session, with full payment required before the big day. This way, your shoot is all about creating, having fun, and not thinking about money!
Want a custom payment plan? Totally doable! We’ll talk about what will work best.
When will I receive my gallery?
Sneak peeks? You’ll get them within 48 business hours (yayyy!). Your full gallery will be ready within 4 weeks. Need it faster? Ask me about expedited editing so you can start using your photos pronto!
What if my team changes after the shoot?
Honestly, this is so normal. Teams evolve!
In my experience working with teams, I’ve developed a handful of strategies to help your photos feel as evergreen as possible, even as people come and go. We’ll talk through what makes the most sense for your team so your images stay usable long after your session.
And if someone joins later on, you can always book an individual headshot session to keep everything consistent.
What if my team changes before the shoot?
Totally okay, this happens!
Your package includes up to a certain number of people, and we’ll confirm your final headcount leading up to your session. If you need to add someone last-minute, we’ll handle it on a case-by-case basis so your team is fully covered.
What if I have a large team and I’m worried it’ll feel chaotic?
I’ve got you. This is where I really step in!
We’ll create a clear, structured timeline so everyone knows where to be and when. I also recommend assigning a “team point person” who knows everyone and can help keep things moving while I focus on photographing.
The result? A shoot that feels organized, efficient, and still fun for your team!
What should my team wear?
This is one of the biggest questions I get.
I’ll help you create a cohesive look that fits your brand without making everyone feel like they’re wearing the exact same thing. Think coordinated, not uniform (unless you have a uniform, of course!).
We can build a color palette, talk through options, and make sure your team feels confident and comfortable walking into shoot day.
