Balloon Artist Brand Photoshoot

Alina, the owner of Styled Balloons Co., LLC connected with me on Instagram and it didn’t take long for us to discover we’d be a great fit. Alina was needing brand photos to build her website and continue to spread the word about her bespoke premium balloon arrangements and I’m honored she chose me to do the job!

The best way I can describe Alina’s shoot is that it was a dream I didn’t know I had until it happened.

Alina and I sent voice messages back and forth over the weeks leading up to her brand shoot to plan the best shoot possible. We bounced ideas around for locations and outfits. But one thing I loved most about planning with Alina was that every message we sent back and forth I felt like I got to know her even better. And then when we met in real life on photoshoot day, it was so great to let the shoot unfold and hear more about her story at the same time. She shared that she is originally from Ukraine but has been living in America for all of her adult life.

We did the photoshoot in her lovely studio apartment in a little nook that had a minimalistic background so all the focus could be on Alina and the balloons. One of my absolute favorite parts of Alina’s brand shoot was about halfway through the shoot. We were in the groove, Ukrainian music playing on my JBL speaker, laughing at our attempts to have helium filled balloons do exactly what we wanted, and her mom over to the side helping with any task we needed. Then, I hear Alina say with such genuine expression, “I’m so happy.” This was Alina’ first brand shoot, and she expressed having nerves before (totally normal!), and hearing that truly melted me.

Your brand shoot is also a moment to appreciate the hard work you’ve put into your business. And happy is exactly how I want you to feel about it all.

I’ll never be able to say enough nice things about Alina. I left her shoot feeling so blessed to have met such a kind and genuine person. I’m so thankful that that our entrepreneurial journeys connected us. On Alina’s website she says, “I think balloons make every event better.” Alina’s brand shoot was perfection but the balloons made it EVEN better! And, she gifted me a perfect pink heart balloon that I got to enjoy long after our brand shoot 🙂
